This structured programme is designed to give ambitious graduates real experience, real responsibility, and real rewards from day one.
Why Join the GIC's Graduate Scheme?
Our 10-12-month programme combines on-the-job learning with intensive training, mentorship, and professional development. You'll delve into a core commercial role, Delegate Sales, to gain a complete understanding of how a successful B2B events business operates.
By the end of the scheme, you'll be equipped with the skills, confidence, and experience to secure a permanent role and accelerate your career with us.

What We Offer
£25,000 starting salary
Uncapped commission on all sales (realistic OTE Year 1: £29,000–£45,000+)

What You'll Do
Delegate Sales Months)
Convert warm leads into delegate bookings
Develop your sales skills, pitching confidence, and CRM expertise
Earn commission from your very first sale
Build relationships with senior professionals and global brands
Work on higher-value, strategic sales opportunities
Gain exposure to relationship-driven sales and expand your earning potential
Who We're Looking For

You should have:
A strong academic record with evidence of commitment and drive
At least 3 months' paid work experience (part-time, weekend, or full-time)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidence using digital platforms (LinkedIn, Gmail, Instagram, Word, Excel)
A positive, proactive attitude with attention to detail
The ability to work well in a team and independently
