Bartender / Waiter

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Bartender/Waiter to join our bar and restaurant team. You will serve food and take drink orders at the bar while helping to maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Key Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to standard recipes.
• Take food and drink orders and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas.
• Handle payments accurately and responsibly.
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 years old (in line with UK employment law).
• Experience not essential – full training will be provided.
• Good time-keeping and reliability are essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferred: non-smokers and Welsh speakers.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a busy environment.

Pay: National Minimum Wage (with potential increases based on performance, learning speed, and proactiveness).
