What we offer

  • £14–£16 per hour + 35p mileage per mile (30p + 5p wear & tear allowance)
  • Contracted hours; Full-time carers can expect 25–40 hours per week
  • £200 Training Bonus for all new staff (T&Cs apply)

Your role

As a Horizons Homecare Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping people stay independent at home by:

  • Supporting clients with personal care, companionship, and daily living
  • Assisting with medication and ensuring safe mobility
  • Taking clients out to social activities, cafés, appointments and more
  • Building strong, trusted relationships that make every visit meaningful

What we need from you

  • A full UK driver's licence and access to a car
  • A kind heart, reliability, and a positive attitude
  • A willingness to learn – no prior care experience is required
