Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking for your next challenge? Our client, a respected law firm in Tenterden, offers the chance to handle a quality residential caseload, enjoy genuine career progression, and be part of a collaborative, supportive team.

The Opportunity

Location: Tenterden, Kent (office-based with flexible/hybrid working considered)

Salary: £45,000–£55,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a personal caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion

• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors

• Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and associated documents

• Conduct title checks, searches, and due diligence

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years' experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)

• UK private practice background

• Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent)
