Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our caring team at Westcroft Nursing Home in GB. In this vital role, you will contribute to enhancing the well-being of our elderly residents by delivering exceptional nursing care and support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care tailored to the needs of elderly residents.
  • Monitor and assess residents' health conditions regularly.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Offer emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse qualification with valid registration.
  • Proven experience in elderly or geriatric care.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and nursing procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards in healthcare settings is preferred.
