Strategic Business Development Lead – UK (Middle East Focus)

Compensation:
Circa £150,000 per annum (plus performance-based incentives)

You will join a world-renowned architecture and design studio, part of a broader collective of global creative firms that includes a forward-thinking international real estate development company.

Our client has committed to shaping the future of the built environment across the Gulf and this appointment will play a pivotal role in deepening relationships and unlocking opportunities within the region... particularly in Saudi Arabia, where the Kingdom's next era of design and development is unfolding.

As Strategic Business Development Lead, you will operate from the UK while engaging directly with decision-makers across the Gulf.

You will leverage existing relationships and cultivate new strategic partnerships to identify opportunities aligned with the Kingdom's shifting priorities... supporting the surge of activity centred around Riyadh and its landmark initiatives: Expo 2030, Qiddiya, Diriyah and the cultural, hospitality and residential developments that surround them.

Your focus will be on positioning the practice where the momentum now lies, engaging with developers, sovereign entities and design collaborators driving this next phase of transformation.

  • Have a proven track record of leading business development activity in the Gulf region (particularly Saudi Arabia or the UAE).
  • Understand how to position design excellence within complex commercial and cultural contexts.
