The Opportunity
This role sits within our global Risk & Compliance function, based in

our Glasgow office.

Reporting into the Senior Data Access Control Analyst, this is

fantastic opportunity to join a global team and play a key role in safeguarding our clients' information in line with client expectations and our professional obligations.

The ideal candidate would be a reliable, organised, software conversant with a good eye for detail and analytical skills. Full training will be given.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include

  • Information Barrier System: Maintain the firm's information barrier
  • system to ensure compliance with confidentiality obligations.
  • Facilitating Access: Grant legal and business users access to
  • confidential matters on a case-by-case basis in line with client
  • requirements and conflict conditions, ensuring sensitive information
  • is safeguarded from unauthorised access.
  • Revoking Access: Removing user access in line with client
  • recertification requirements.
  • Insider Lists Compliance: Maintain the firm's insider lists in
  • compliance with market abuse regulations

This role is a full time opportunity, based in our Glasgow office with hybrid working.

Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working 8.5 hours a day including an hour for lunch, between the hours of 07:00 -17:30. Shift times may vary depending on the team rota, and an early start may be required a few times per month in order to attend team meetings. This is a hybrid role where, once trained, office and remote working

will both be utilised.

  • Previous experience in an administrative or an analytical role
