Role Overview

The Partnerships Manager will support and develop relationships across Viewture's creator and industry network. You'll work closely with our Creator Partnerships Lead, shadowing partnership conversations, learning the deal process, and progressively taking ownership of your own creator and partner relationships as you grow.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, personable and genuinely understands creator culture. You'll have hands-on exposure to developing commercial conversations, shaping partnership value, and representing Viewture within the creator ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities


• Support and nurture relationships with creators, talent managers, agencies, and partners.


• Shadow partnership and commercial conversations to learn the deal pipeline and process.


• Help identify and qualify partnership opportunities across the creator ecosystem.


• Coordinate follow-ups, track conversations, and maintain deal momentum.


• Represent Viewture in a warm, confident and relationship-led manner in creator-facing environments.


• Share industry insights and creator feedback to support partnership strategy and communication.


Skills & Experience


• 6 months to 2 years' experience in creator, talent, digital media or partnerships support environments (agency, MCN, talent team, studio or brand).


• Personable, confident communication style with natural relationship-building instincts.


• Understands creator culture, platforms, and what creators value.


• Organised, proactive, and able to keep communication and workflow moving.


• Fast learner with ambition to grow into managing partnerships directly.


• Positive energy and presence — someone people enjoy working and collaborating with.
