Wincanton are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join the team from October.
Reporting to the Operations Support Manager
Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operative on a permanent contract with Wincanton. Exceptional candidates will be considered for permanent opportunities.
This role will be varied across production and e-commerce picking/packing/loading and admin tasks. No previous experience is required, full training will be provided
**** Exciting pay structure starting from: £12.21 per hour to £18.32 ***
In times of low volume travel may be required to be undertaken across the local Northampton network. (NN4 9BX & NN4 9BW)
Shifts available for this opportunity are:
Monday to Friday: AM - PM - Nights
How will you contribute:
Ensuring the operation that you are deployed into meets all daily targets by completing each task to the highest quality standards
Championing Health and Safety on site by following trained policy and procedures.
Desire to progress in a fast-paced target driven environment.
Contributing towards our culture of trust, respect and togetherness
Friendly and helpful, keen to contribute and add value to the site
Driven, motivated, committed with high personal standards
Flexible – Shifts require weekend work as the depot operates 24/7
Ability to meet targets within set timescales, ensuring we always meet the customer's service requirements
