Role Requirements

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Have a sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, Early Years Outcomes, safeguarding and child protection
  • The successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS Disclosure
  • Committed to providing high-quality care and education within a nursery setting

Role Responsibilities

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification
  • At least 3 years' experience in a Nursery setting
  • Have a true passion for working with children and developing their learning through play.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS
  • Hold a minimum full and up to date Level 3 qualification (or equivalent), with Room Leader and Baby Room experience
  • Have a thorough understanding and hands-on experience of the EYFS, child development and Ofsted regulations
  • Show a commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children as well as the highest standards regarding confidentiality
  • Be able to work collaboratively alongside our team to role model living our mission and values
  • Have excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
