Job Role: Accounts Receivable Administrator
Location: New Milton
Hours: 35 hours per week

Main Responsibilities
- Using your strong processing skills to assist the department in reaching their KPI's
- Using your strong communication skills when liaising with both internal and external customers, ensuring that any actions are completed efficiently
- Working collaboratively in a high volume and fast paced environment
This role reports to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader
About You
- You have a strong customer focus, and have a high attention to detail.
- As you a natural problem solver, you enjoy solving queries, and have the ability to effectively multi-task.
- With your positive, 'can-do' attitude you can work as a team but also can use your initiative to work independently.
- You have great numeracy and MS Office skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of Service Charge and Site Income receipts
- Dealing with incomplete or returned cheques
- Processing new Direct Debit instructions and the collection of new charges
- Processing monthly Direct Debit collections
- Reconciling Direct Debit rejections, amendments and cancellations
- Dealing with telephone and email queries relating to any of the above
- Set an example for others by championing the Company FIRST values, Customer Charter principles and the Code of Business Conduct.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the department
