Salary: £44,000 - £64,000 + Commission

The Role: Talent Acquisition Manager
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead, mentor, and inspire our team of Talent Acquisition Consultants. You'll own the recruitment strategy, ensure high quality candidates are delivered to hiring managers, and maintain the standards that make TeacherActive an employer of choice.
Your role will include:
- Together with the CPO, develop TeacherActive's Talent Acquisition strategy to deliver the required results for the growth of the business
•Inspire the team to ensure a culture of driven, self-reflective and successful individuals
•Evaluate team and individual performance, providing feedback and coaching as appropriate, ensuring that individual and team targets are met
•Lead and mentor the team to ensure they are delivering high quality candidates to the hiring managers in a timely and consistent manner with high levels of communication and collaboration
•Lead by example through sourcing and recruiting people for all levels across the business
•Report weekly and monthly figures to the CPO, highlighting any areas of development.
•Create, develop and implement key TAQ performance metrics including: time and cost to hire, ROI, first year attrition, candidate and hiring manager satisfaction, diversity of candidates, quality of hire and first interview to deal ratio.
•Ensure a high standard of advertising and marketing across the TAQ team to generate a healthy pipeline of candidates
•Promote careers with TeacherActive and increase the brand awareness within the education recruitment market
•Map, assess and attract local and regional talent of all levels
•Create and deliver industry leading interview training to all Hiring Managers
•Manage and maintain the ATS, ensuring relevant training is delivered to all users
•Find and share any relevant market information with the wider hiring team
