About the Role
We are looking for a proactive QESH Coordinator to support the Quality Manager and wider team with essential administrative and compliance tasks. This role plays a key part in maintaining our quality, environmental, safety, and health standards—ensuring the business remains compliant with legislation, accreditations, and internal policies.
You will act as a central point of contact for QESH communications, support audits, manage documentation, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and quality across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing?
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Compliance Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the QESH Team.
- Maintain and update all company compliance accreditations.
- Create, upload and manage training courses in the LMS platform, keeping records up to date and aligned with regulations.
Safety & Induction
- Support the delivery of QESH/departmental inductions for new starters, ensuring awareness of workplace safety and emergency procedures.
- Support completion of DSE assessments for office-based and remote workers.
Audits & Documentation
- Coordinate internal audits across departments and support follow-up actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Format and submit completed audit reports to a professional standard.
- Draft, review and update QESH-related policies and procedures.
Systems & Equipment
- Maintain and update the company's internal passport system.
- Oversee coordination, distribution, and inventory management of PPE.
- Assist with coordination and maintenance of company insurance policies.
Reporting
- Produce clear, concise data analysis and reports for the QESH team and leadership.
Hours - Monday to Friday 7:30am till 4:30pm on a hybrid working model.
What You Bring?
- Previous administration experience (required)
- Experience working within Quality or Health & Safety (desirable)
- Competent with Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Accurate record-keeping abilities
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing and able to connect with diverse audiences
- Full UK Driving Licence
