About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative DACH (BDR) to play a pivotal role on our Sales team. The BDR DACH will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and setting up meetings for our sales team in our DACH market. This dynamic role is crucial in driving our sales pipeline and bringing new business to Digital,ai. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and demonstrating the value of our innovative solutions to clients. This position is ideal for individuals eager to launch their career in software sales and make a significant impact on our company's growth.

Please note - German speaking fluency is required for this role, to effectively communicate with our prospects in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients within the target market using various tools and platforms.
  • Reach out to leads through cold calling, emails, and social media to generate interest in 's software solutions.
  • Call & qualify Inbound leads within specified timeframe and assess their potential as sales opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team to further engage potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
  • Continuously update knowledge on 's products and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.

What you will bring:

  • German speaking/reading/writing fluency
  • Located in UK, preferably in London to be able to collaborate with local team as needed
  • Bachelor's degree, or relevant experience is preferred
  • Experience in B2B enterprise software sales development is ideal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must in German and English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and and other lead generation tools is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
