This is an opportunity to work as a Swim School Manager and operate a successful swim school business. Swim School Managers will choose their hours to suit a flexible working pattern. There is excellent earning potential with a passionate and forward-thinking organisation.

Baby Squids is a children's swim business that teaches children to swim and improve their water confidence through games and engaging activities, always striving to make it enjoyable for both parents and children. You would be part of a fantastic supportive team with great communication channels.

It is a highly rewarding role, where we will provide you with all the training, tools, and support you need to manage a successful local business serving children with much-needed life skills.

We are looking for candidates who would love a new challenge leading a business. You may have experience working with children or within a business management role. It is optional to have swimming teaching experience because we train all Swim School Managers on how to run our courses and ensure you have all the qualifications you need.

Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the swim school, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to grow a high-quality teaching team.

  • Ensure customers receive a world-class experience

  • Build and grow the financial performance of the swim school, including budgeting and resource allocation

Experience

  • Experience in childcare or working with children (preferred but not essential)

  • Teaching background or similar experience (preferred but not essential)

  • Strong operational business management skills

  • Proficiency in IT for managing business operations

  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with staff, parents, and students

Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
