Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our workshop team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of joinery and carpentry. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The role is self employed and we can offer regular work throughout the year to the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and assemble high quality garden benches and gates.
  • Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various joinery tasks.
  • machining wood using thicknesser use of morticing and tenoning machines.
  • creating bespoke joinery for garden designers and architects.

Experience

  • Proven experience in carpentry and joinery is essential.
  • Familiarity with fabrication techniques and assembly processes is highly desirable.
  • Competence in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the joinery trade.
  • This would suit a joiner who is looking for regular work in a local workshop.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: £120.00-£150.00 per day
