What You will Bring to our team:

· A love for Early Years that shows up in everything you do

· Confident leadership, with experience managing or leading within a nursery

· A strong understanding of early years frameworks, what "excellent" really looks like and the desire to partner with and gain support from the Care Inspectorate

· An ability to inspire teams and nurture positive, high-energy culture
