We're looking for a Resource Planner for our growing client based in Cumbria on a permanent basis, paying a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 + Great benefits.This role offers hybrid working, with an expectation to attend the office 1–2 days per week.This is a great new role for the organisation – an opportunity to build and establish a resource planning practice at the heart of operations.The successful Resource Planner will bring proven skills in:Workforce scheduling and rota management (ideally across multiple sites).Experience with workforce management or HR systems.Strong data analysis and forecasting ability to support operational planning.Collaborative stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to balance service delivery, compliance, and wellbeing.Interested?
