Primary Teaching Assistant – Westminster (SEN, Autism, ADHD & Behaviour Support)

Are you a graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree looking to gain SEN and behaviour experience in a primary school setting? We are recruiting multiple Primary Teaching Assistant – Westminster roles across inclusive schools, where you will support pupils with autism (ASC), ADHD and SEMH needs.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant – Westminster, you will work one-to-one with pupils, provide small group support, and implement strategies set by the SENCO and class teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates aspiring to careers in educational psychology, child development, clinical psychology, teaching, or therapy.

  • Patience, resilience and strong communication skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs

The Primary Teaching Assistant – Westminster role will see you helping children regulate their emotions, encouraging positive behaviour, and giving targeted academic and social support. By working closely with teachers and SEN specialists, you'll gain invaluable experience with SEN and behaviour that will set you apart in future applications.
