About the Role

We're hiring an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team based in Wraxall, 15-20 minutes away from Bristol.

This is a practical role leading a small team delivering high-quality grounds maintenance on commercial and residential sites.

The position suits someone who is:

  • Skilled in all aspects of grounds maintenance

  • Comfortable working outdoors year-round

Key Responsibilities – Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

  • Lead a grounds maintenance team of two or three operatives
  • Motivated to maintain sites to a high standard
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
  • Operate grounds maintenance equipment (mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters)
  • Carry out mowing, hedge cutting, strimming, pruning and planting
  • Plan daily schedules and ensure efficient site time

Required Experience & Skills

To be considered, you must have:

  • 1+ years professional grounds maintenance experience (essential)
  • Team leader or supervisory experience
  • Strong skills with grounds maintenance equipment
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather
