I'm working with a growing business in Surrey that's looking for an experienced NetSuite Functional Administrator to support and enhance their NetSuite environment.

You'll be the go-to person for functional support across finance and operations, handling everything from configuration and workflows to reporting and user training.

What you'll be doing:

  • Day-to-day NetSuite administration and functional support
  • Building and maintaining saved searches, workflows, and dashboards
  • Partnering with finance and ops to streamline processes
  • Supporting end users and resolving system issues
  • Driving continuous improvement across the platform

What we're looking for:

  • Strong NetSuite functional experience (multiple years preferred)
  • Confident working with finance and operational stakeholders
  • Skilled in configuration and troubleshooting
  • Finance qualification (ACCA/CIMA) a bonus, not essential
  • Great communicator with a hands-on mindset

The details:

  • 6-month contract
  • Outside IR35
  • 1–2 days on-site in Surrey (flexible)
