Term time only 39.2 weeks, 15 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 9am-12pm

Salary: Grade 4 (SCP 5 – 6) £25,583 to £25,989 per annum pro rata

Actual salary: £9,006.40 to £9,149.33 per annum

The Successful Candidate Will Be Someone Who

  • is innovative and enthusiastic and able to provide social and emotional support
  • fosters an excellent relationship with a pupil on a 1:1
  • is dedicated to ensuring the overall well-being of pupils
  • demonstrates the drive and ability to ensure the highest possible standards for the children in their care
  • fosters excellent working relationships with parents and carers
  • supports the vision and ethos of our school
  • is able to support intimate care needs if required

Duties will include pastoral support, involvement in the implementation of Individual Education Support plans, accompanying teaching staff and pupils on visits, trips and out of school activities as required, providing support to pupils to achieve their learning goals and providing regular feedback to the teacher on the pupils' achievement and progress.
