Our client, a global leader in events and digital engagement, is seeking a Product Owner (Web) to drive the transformation of their web platforms. In this role, you will lead the delivery of modern, scalable websites powered by a new CMS and DxP, enabling new revenue streams including memberships, subscriptions, and directories.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for web platforms and tools.
• Define and prioritise requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and agency partners to deliver features.
• Manage third-party integrations (CRM, payments, verification, etc.).
• Champion agile delivery and oversee UAT for all new releases.
• Monitor site performance, analytics, and user feedback to drive improvement.
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.

Key Skills

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for web or SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of CMS, CRM, and digital integrations (Optimizely, Dynamics 365, Stripe).
• Skilled in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with digital transformation or large-scale web launches is a plus.
