Dental Practice Manager

We are looking for an experienced, organised and people-focused Practice Manager to join our friendly and professional dental team in Southend and Stratford-upon-Avon.
As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. You'll be responsible for leading the team, maintaining compliance, supporting patient satisfaction, and helping the business to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the dental practice
- Lead and manage the practice team, including reception and clinical staff
- Ensure full compliance with CQC, GDC, Health & Safety and other regulatory standards
- Manage rotas, holidays, sickness cover and recruitment processes
- Monitor and improve patient experience and satisfaction
- Handle stock control, budgeting and general practice administration
- Act as a key point of contact for staff, patients, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and team performance
- Support business development and marketing initiatives where needed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager or Assistant Manager (essential)
- Strong understanding of CQC and dental compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Confident using dental software and Microsoft Office
- A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
- Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Dental nursing qualification (desirable but not essential)
