We are looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Property Viewer to join our team on a zero-hour contract. This flexible role is ideal for someone who wants experience in the UK property industry while working around other commitments.

You'll be carrying out property viewings, key handovers, and occasional inspections at various times during the day, evenings, and weekends—depending on booking demand.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in property, lettings, and customer service. There is potential for this role to develop into a future full-time position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities


• Conduct property viewings in Manchester and surrounding areas.


• Complete basic inspections and report findings using our internal systems.


• Carry out tenant key handovers and check-ins/check-outs.


• Work closely with the Lettings Negotiator to schedule and confirm viewing appointments.


• Provide excellent customer service to prospective tenants and represent the company professionally at all times.


• Ensure properties are secure after viewings and follow all company procedures.


• Communicate any property issues, maintenance needs, or risks to the team.

Location & Travel Requirements

While the role is primarily based in Manchester, we manage developments in Halifax, Hull, Bradford, and other nearby areas, so there may be opportunities—and occasionally requirements—to travel.

A willingness to travel is essential, and a valid driving licence is preferred (but not mandatory if you can use public transport effectively).
