Are you passionate about driving high-quality practice in homelessness and mental health services? We're looking for a Practice Quality Lead to shape and embed sector-leading standards across our organisation. Reporting to the Director of Services, you'll lead on quality frameworks, assurance, and continuous improvement, ensuring our support reflects best practice and delivers meaningful outcomes.

You'll champion a culture of safety, learning, and innovation, working closely with frontline teams, managers, and people who use our services. With a strong understanding of safeguarding, evidence-based models, and regulatory frameworks, you'll translate theory into impactful practice.

This is a leadership role with organisation wide influence, with the remit to develop initiatives and support staff development. If you're values-driven, collaborative, and ready to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Salary: £43,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week, hybrid
