Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our Birmingham-based team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about bridging the gap between brand and customer through creative and strategic offline marketing.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting the execution of impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated campaigns

Deliver training and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring alignment with company goals

Analyze campaign and sales performance, offering insights to optimize future efforts

Maintain a customer-first approach while contributing to business development initiatives

Qualifications & Experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Solid organizational and problem-solving skills

Experience in marketing, events, or community engagement is highly desirable

Ability to be able to speak to the general public face-to-face on a daily basis
