Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while delivering high-quality nail care services. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for performing various nail treatments, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, ensuring that clients leave feeling pampered and satisfied.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art applications.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail care and beauty techniques.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of nail products and supplies.
  • Communicate effectively in English with clients and team members to ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in nail technology or beauty therapy.
  • Proven experience as a Nail Technician is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates willing to learn.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Knowledge of makeup application techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for the beauty industry.
