Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism
  • Offer solutions and guide customers through processes or product features
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures
