Essential Requirements
- Significant experience as a Headteacher or senior leader within a similar SEND environment.
- Strong knowledge of school improvement, curriculum design, and quality assurance.
- Clear understanding of the Independent School Standards.
- Ability to motivate, empower, and develop staff through a person-centred leadership approach.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a drive to lead the school towards excellence.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
