A rare opportunity has arisen to join this independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for over 16 years. A highly respected Lettings and Estate Agent who hold on to their traditional values and provide an excellent customer service to all. They are looking for an experienced Sales and Lettings Administrator to join their team where you will be working alongside both the Sales and Lettings departments carrying out administration.
The Estate Agent Sales / Lettings Administrator role briefly includes:
- Assisting the Sales Team, answering the phone, dealing with enquiries and taking messages.
- Typing property descriptions
- Uploading photos, checking paperwork, sending drafts for approval.
- Ensuring window presentations are current and up to date.
- Maintaining the offices webpages and microsites.
- Liaising with landlord clients to confirm the details of marketing for each property
- Overseeing the administration, applications and referencing of each tenant and guarantor
- Arranging the drawing up and signing of all tenancy agreements
- Arranging the move ins at all properties
- Tenancy Renewals
Essential Skills Required:
- Experience in Estate Agency or Lettings
- Excellent time management skills including the ability to prioritize
- An excellent telephone manner
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A good knowledge of MS Office packages
Working Hours: 9am – 6pm Monday - Friday and one in three Saturdays 9am - 5pm
We are looking for part and / or full time depending on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £14,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
