FILM AND TV TEACHER
PQA, the new generation of weekend drama schools set up by actress Pauline Quirke, are currently recruiting a Film & Television teacher for their academy in Rugby on Saturdays.
We are looking for a local filmmaker to work with our students, aged 6-18 at our Academy devising, shooting and editing short films that can ultimately be screened in a local cinema, as well as entered into PQA film festivals.
You need to be technically capable with DSLR cameras, sound recording and editing, have an interest in short film production and most importantly a commitment to developing young minds. Teaching skills can be taught on the job with support from head office. Great pay for inspirational individuals. An enhanced DBS on the update service will be required.

Interviews will be held via zoom/teams across November with the intention in starting in January. You may be invited in in December for a handover if required.

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
- filming and editing: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- DBS Check (preferred)
