About the Opportunity
 
An established solicitors' firm in Horsham is seeking a highly driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their team. This leadership role will collaborate with the firm's partners to enhance and grow their Private Client department. The firm prides itself on innovative use of technology, exceptional customer service, and a positive culture, whilst offering hybrid working arrangements.
 
Role Description

• Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters

• Develop and report growth strategies, budget forecasts, and business development plans to the managing partners

• Generate new business leads for yourself and the Private Client department

• Utilise and maintain the firm's case management system; to include being involved in providing input for its development

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including anti-money laundering requirements

• Prepare accurate client invoices and maintain accounting ledgers in line with SRA Accounts Rules

• Provide supervision, training, and support to junior lawyers, trainees, paralegals, and other team members

• Communicate effectively and courteously with clients, colleagues, and external professionals

• Provide accurate quotes and fee estimates to clients

• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, referrers, and business lead generators

• Promote the firm's services on social and professional media platforms

• Engage in required training and continuous professional development
