About The Role:

Schedule -Varied*
*Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage site visitors
  • Security vetting for employees and contractors
  • Print ID passes & Car passes
  • Manage new starters and leavers - managing the adding of permission and removing within access control software
  • Manage re-clearance/ validation
  • Chase references for vetting
  • Follow up with candidates for clearance information
  • New starter security inductions
  • Reviewing DBS'
  • Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) all departments for security
  • ISO 27001 Audits
  • Compliance self assessments
  • Manage camera permit close outs
  • CCTV review when required

Key criteria required for this position:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • DISA Vetting
  • DISA Security
  • IVSO
  • SC Clearances
  • Strong IT and software skills such as Microsoft Office 365
  • Customer focused
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team Player
  • Good verbal, and written understanding
