The Role – Junior Bartender / Barback

We're looking for a Junior Bartender or Barback who is passionate about hospitality and keen to learn.

This is a great entry-level role for someone who wants to build solid bar skills, work with a small supportive team, and grow into a confident bartender over time.

You'll support the bar team with service, prep, and organisation while learning cocktail techniques, wine service, and bar operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the bar team during service.
• Assist with basic drink prep, garnishes, and stock rotation.
• Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked.
• Run drinks to tables when needed.
• Learn cocktail-making and bar skills from senior bartenders.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in hospitality or bar support is essential.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and a strong team player.
• High energy, friendly, and confident with guests.

What We Offer

• 30-40 hours per week
