About the team
TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sale), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase and LIVEs) as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.
Develop and execute annual category and product growth strategies for the UK marketplace. Drive hero product launches and key category expansion, accountable for GMV growth in focus segments;
Establish a robust supply-side analysis framework based on market insights and business goals. Design category prioritisation, product selection criteria and performance evaluation methods to implement growth roadmaps;
Partner with traffic product and algorithm teams to build effective traffic support and exit mechanisms, implementing guardrail metrics to ensure overall traffic ROI;
Collaborate with category management and strategy teams to design tailored growth targets and key milestones for cross-border and local sellers. Facilitate goal achievement through objective tracking, selection committees and post-campaign reviews.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and above;
Demonstrated experience in e-commerce merchandise strategy, category management or related strategic roles.
Outstanding communication, project management and execution skills. Able to work under pressure, highly self-driven and adaptable to a dynamic environment;
Naturally inquisitive with wide-ranging interests and a keen awareness of consumer trends and industry developments.
Familiar with UK/Europe market practices.
