Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Surveyor role based in Manchester. The Chartered Surveyor will be responsible for conducting valuations, inspections, and surveys of commercial and residential properties. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports, advising clients on property-related matters, and contributing to the overall development of the business. The role also involves liaising with property owners, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in property valuations, building surveys, and inspections.
  • Proficiency in property management and commercial agency practices.
