Here at Norfolk First Response we work with a reablement ethos, working alongside people in their homes to make a positive difference. We aim to help them regain their previous abilities within 6 weeks following a period of ill health or change in circumstances and our Support Workers (Reablement) are a key part of that.

The vacant post is 30.5 hours per week, working in Sprowston and surrounding areas of Norwich. You will work a range of mornings (either 7.30am to 2pm or 8am to 2.30pm) and evenings (either 4.30 to 9pm or 5 to 10pm) with the hours averaged out over a two-week rota, enabling you to plan in advance to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
You need to be caring, empathetic and committed to making a difference to people's lives with the ability to easily commute to people's homes in North Norfolk so will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle. However, you do not need previous experience as full training will be given. In return, we offer a competitive salary, a range of employee benefits (including discounts on daily purchases) and:
