About The Role
We're looking for a customer-focussed
Marketing Campaigns Manager
to join our Marketing Operations team — a hands-on, data-driven professional with a passion for
scalable marketing automation
and
campaign excellence
.
You'll be the
specialist
within a fast-growing SaaS organisation, responsible for building, executing, and optimising campaigns that drive the customer journey from first touch through to expansion. This is a key role in enabling our customer marketing and CRM strategies — ensuring every campaign is automated, measurable, and driving impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign execution in , including programme setup, QA, deployment, and reporting.
- Build and optimise automated retention and expansion journeys that drive value for our customers.
- Support the PMM team in building and delivering product update messaging.
- Manage lead flow and data integrity between , Salesforce, and other tools in the martech stack.
- Set up and manage webinar programmes, including integrations, automation, and post-event follow-ups.
- Implement and optimise A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalisation to improve engagement and performance.
- Collaborate with customer marketing, product marketing and sales teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, producing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support martech evolution, helping evaluate new tools, integrations, and process improvements that scale impact.
About You
- 3–5+ years' experience in marketing operations or campaign management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced proficiency in , including campaign builds, automation logic, segmentation, and reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including campaign objects, data flows, and lead management.
- Experience managing webinar or event automation (e.g. Zoom, ON24, GoToWebinar).
- Track record of building and refining retention programs that drive measurable pipeline growth.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting campaign data to inform decisions.
Familiar with key martech platforms, including: Marketing automation , Marketo, Hubspot)
CRM (Salesforce)
ABM / intent platforms (6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, etc.)
Excellent communication and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Desirable Experience
- Understanding of SaaS funnel metrics, from MQL to ARR, and how to align marketing activity to revenue impact.

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
