You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.

How You Will Contribute
This role includes the testing of packaging, raw materials and finished product across both micro and QC testing. The majority of the testing involves: mean weights, Karl Fischer, pH, GC and HPLC. Raw materials require clear and frequent communication with internal stakeholders such as Procurement and Scheduling and includes testing such as FTIR, UV, density, R.I and optical rotation. All our packaging is also fully tested before being released to stock. Micro testing involves environmental monitoring of surfaces using swabs, air, and water testing. Raw Materials and finished product are also then tested as required. An Analyst is expected to be able to understand and follow SOP's and methods within the lab and factory and to maintain GMP throughout.
