Job Description

The Programme Coordinator's aim will be to deliver first in class digital campaigns.  They will also contribute to continually improving our delivery service - ensuring our programmes are profitable, our processes and procedures are efficient, and our clients have an outstanding experience working with us.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to the following:

  • To support the delivery of global and UK digital campaigns, supporting Programme Managers with ticket management, preparation and project administration
  • Monitor project profitability and cost management of smaller campaigns assigned
  • Mitigate project delays where you can, or escalating challenges when they arise
  • Modify schedules and/or project plans as necessary and regularly update the project manager who leads the project
  • Contributing to, and sharing weekly report updates to the project team regarding program successes and issues, providing ongoing risk-management communications to management
  • Attending and supporting the planning and review meetings with all stakeholders
  • Provide strong team representation by supporting the Programme Manager with regular communications to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain a friendly and productive relationship through clear articulation and an effective communication style with internal and external stakeholders
