What You'll Be Doing

  • Building New Business

Proactively contacting businesses via phone and face-to-face to identify recruitment

opportunities.

  • Sourcing and Managing Candidates

Writing job adverts, screening CVs, interviewing candidates, and building strong talent

pipelines.

  • Managing the Recruitment Process

Matching candidates to roles, coordinating interviews, handling offers, and ensuring a smooth

hiring journey for both parties.

  • Maintaining Relationships

Building and nurturing long-term partnerships with clients and candidates alike.

  • Working to Targets

Hitting individual and team KPIs in a fast-paced, performance-led environment.
