Your Responsibilities

As our new Year 5 Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire curiosity and a passion for learning.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and motivated to excel.
  • Develop students' skills in literacy, numeracy, and other core subjects through innovative and effective teaching strategies.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support to ensure each child reaches their potential.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers to foster a collaborative learning community.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share resources.
What We're Looking For
  • A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably in a Year 5 setting.
  • A passion for nurturing young learners and promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and families.
  • A commitment to creating a high-achieving classroom atmosphere that encourages student growth.
