SM92 is one of the fastest growing full-service marketing agencies based in the UK with an in-house team of 20+ marketing professionals, specialising in lead generation in a variety of sectors including care, franchising and private security. We're a young agency with big ambition and targets.

As a small agency, you will be working in a fast-paced environment which will pull you into multiple areas of the business which require your support. This means you'll learn new skills and pick up experience a lot faster when compared to joining a larger agency.

Role Overview

As a
Junior Designer
at SM92, you'll play a key role in supporting the creative output of our agency, with a strong focus on
social media design
. Working alongside our designers, content creators, and digital marketing specialists, you'll help produce visually engaging, platform-optimised assets that capture attention and drive engagement.

This role is perfect for a creative with a passion for visual storytelling, social trends, and digital-first design who's looking to learn and grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce engaging visuals for
    social media campaigns
    , including posts, reels, carousels, stories, and paid ad creatives.
  • Support the design of digital marketing assets across web, email, and advertising.
  • Collaborate with content, paid ads, and strategy teams to turn creative briefs into impactful designs.
  • Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
  • Research and apply emerging
    social media trends
    , design styles, and platform updates to keep our creative work fresh and effective.
  • Assist in developing brand concepts, campaign visuals, and presentation materials.
  • Take on feedback constructively and support revisions to deliver final assets to a high standard.
  • Contribute creative ideas during brainstorms and help evolve SM92's overall social and digital design style.

Skills & Experience

  • A strong foundation in design principles, typography, colour, composition, and layout.
  • A portfolio showcasing social or digital design work.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creative flair, and eagerness to learn from experienced designers.
  • Strong communication and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for all things social, digital, and design driven.

Platform Experience:

Essential

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
