Role: Early Years Educator - Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce or equivalent

Location: RAF Waddington, Lincoln

Hours: 38 hours per week (Mon-Fri - 7.30am to 5.30pm)

Salary: £ FTE

RAF Waddingtonis for children between the ages of 0-4 years old. We want to recruit for an exceptional Early Years Educator.

The role:

• Working alongside other members of the team to provide a safe and nurturing environment
• Key working with an allocated group of children
• Working closely with the management team to ensure the nursery maintains excellent standards
• Building positive relationships with the children and parents/carers in the nursery
• Recording children's activity throughout the day
• Providing relevant information to the parents of each child
• Creating fun and meaningful experiences for the children, focusing on their development plans and interests
