  • Salary: £49,181 – £57,377 (dependent on experience)

The Opportunity
We're seeking an Independent Nurse Prescriber to join our Primary Care team at a high-profile corporate client site in Chester. This is a rewarding role where you'll provide frontline clinical care to employees, working closely with GPs, fellow nurses, and the client's internal health and wellbeing teams. This is a unique opportunity to deliver impactful care to a professional adult population, supporting their health and wellbeing in their fast-paced, high-performing working environment.

Additionally you'll be part of HCA UK's wider Primary Care network, benefiting from our clinical governance and support structures, while enjoying the autonomy to manage your own clinics and patient caseload.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for adult patients—providing expert assessment, treatment, and ongoing care for a wide range of health concerns
  • Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, integrating both medication and lifestyle-based interventions
  • Delivering travel health consultations and administering vaccinations, including bespoke advice for international assignments
  • Leading seasonal flu vaccination programmes across the client site
  • Designing and delivering health promotion campaigns tailored to the corporate population
  • Conducting vision screening and other preventative health assessments
  • Maintaining meticulous, confidential patient records in line with HCA UK standards

This is a varied and autonomous role. You'll have the freedom to shape your clinics, respond to emerging health needs, and contribute to a culture of wellbeing within the workplace. Building strong relationships with HR, Line Managers, and wellbeing champions.

What You'll Bring

  • RGN qualification and current NMC registration with PIN
  • Completion of an Independent Prescribing course (essential)
  • Proven experience in managing minor injuries, travel health, cervical screening, ear irrigation, and venepuncture
  • Confidence in clinical decision-making and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centred care
  • A postgraduate nursing qualification is desirable but not essential
