The team advances global shipping programs and capabilities that improve marketplace efficiency and customer trust across multiple regions. They partner closely with core experiences (Search, View Item, Cart, Checkout) to make delivery expectations clearer-exemplified by the rollout of Shipping Signals, which communicates speed and "Get it by" dates for buyers.
