My client is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong background in integrated circuits and aerospace applications to join their team . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Quality Assurance and the ability to lead quality processes across complex semiconductor projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Quality Assurance processes for integrated circuits, ensuring compliance with aerospace and industry standards
  • Oversee the end-to-end VLSI quality flow, including architecture, design, verification, DFT, software, validation, packaging, and manufacturing
  • Implement and maintain quality tools, configuration management, and requirements tracking systems
  • Ensure traceability and compliance with aerospace quality standards
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audits to maintain high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and enforce QA best practices

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience in Quality Assurance for integrated circuits, preferably in mixed-signal or aerospace applications
  • Strong understanding of VLSI flows: architecture, design, verification, DFT, software, validation, packaging, and manufacturing
  • Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and traceability requirements
  • Experience with configuration management, requirements tracking, and quality tools
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and audit skills
