About the Role
- Support the Hub Manager in delivering the work of a specialist Hub, providing an efficient, effective and comprehensive business support services across all of A&C.
- Have specialist technical knowledge in the work of the Hub they are assigned to.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the core tasks undertaken by Admin, to provide support and mentoring where required.
- Have an excellent understanding of the workflow to ensure effective progression, participate in their development and to actively suggest opportunities for continuous improvement of the service.
- Supporting the Hub Manager and colleagues to ensure the that work allocated is completed accurately and delivered in a timely manner within expected timeframes.
To hold in-depth knowledge of the work of the department and services that their allocated Hub supports.

About You
To apply for this post, you must:
- NVQ level 2 qualification in a relevant area e.g. Finance or Business Administration or similar appropriate equivalent
- Significant demonstrable experience in working in Business Support Services function
- Working with a large range of stakeholders at varying levels
- Using Microsoft tools to an expert standard
- Knowledge of the importance of information confidentiality (GDPR)
- Understands why accurate information/data capture and management is important. And the consequences of it not being
- To have a flexible approach and work under pressure against tight timescales
You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion.
