MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The G/L accountant applies accounting knowledge, contributes to month-end closings, and supports accurate financial record-keeping and manages the tax obligations in a collaborative work environment.
  • Conducting month-end account closing activities and reconciliations.
  • Performing accounting analysis and General Ledger reconciliations.
  • Managing payroll accounting.
  • Assisting various departments with accounting issues and queries.
  • Handling VAT, tax, and statistics declarations
  • Monitoring Intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
  • Providing support during year-end audits.
  • Managing fixed assets.

  • The G/L Accountant

    is

    responsible for month-end account closing of some branches in different countries in Europe and beyond, accounting analysis, and various financial activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in accounting;
  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience with ERP systems;
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders does not scare you off;
  • You have a sense of responsibility;
  • You are accurate, have an eye for detail, and respect predefined deadlines;
  • You are fluent in English.
